These  Legal Notices and the General Terms of use and Conditions, as may be revised or modified  from time to time, are relevant to all our services directly or indirectly (through hotel / property) made available online, through any PC, laptop, desktop, mobile device. By accessing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
By making a reservation with us you are deem to have accepted these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.

All the materials on this site ( the content) and infrastructure of these pages of this site and the online booking service provided by us through the website are owned, operated and supplied by winrooms.com for your personal, non-commercial (B2C) use only, subject to the terms of use and conditions set out below. Please note that the Hotel / property may have, declare applicable and/or require (acceptance of) –additionally to the policies as exposed on the website, their own terms and conditions for the use, access and consummation of the Reservation (which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability).

Meanings

"Website" means the (mobile) website on which the Booking Service is made available owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by winrooms.com.

“Property” means accommodation provider as like Hotel, Motel, guest house, resorts, service apartment, Lodge etc.

"Accommodation" means the various different travel products and services like room, food , transport etc that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, provided, reserved, combined or consummated by you from the Hotel / Motel / Guest house / Resort / service apartment  or Property.

"Booking Service" means the online order, reservation service as offered or enabled by winrooms.com in respect of numerous products and services as from time to time made available by the Hotel / Property on the Website.

"Reservation" means the order or booking or reservation of an accommodation.

 

How we work  and our service
We work or act as an intermediary between Property / hotel and user (you). This allows our site users (you) to search and book accommodation online. The Property / hotel descriptions we provide are based on information provided by hotels / property. We do our best to make sure that all information provided on this website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is absolutely correct, complete, or up-to-date.


On our Website we provide an online platform through which the Hotel / Property can offer their products and service for order, reservation and through which visitors of the Website can discover, search and make an order, reservation (i.e. the Booking Service). By using the Booking Service (e.g. by making a Reservation through the Booking Service), you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Hotel / Property with which you make a reservation.

When you start making your Reservation, we act only as an intermediary between you and the Hotel / Property, transmitting the relevant details of your Reservation to the relevant Hotel / Property and sending you a room confirmation email for and on behalf of the Hotel / Property.

winrooms.com does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.

When rendering our Booking Service, the information that we expose is based on the information provided to us by the Hotel / Property. Although we will use reasonable skill and care while providing you with our Booking Service, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held liable for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Hotel / property is held responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including the rates/fees/prices, policies & conditions and availability) displayed on our Website. winrooms.com does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any Hotel / Property (or its facilities, venue, products or services) made available.

Our Booking Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, products or services available on this Website for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Entry of Accommodation

You  will be required to show Passport / NID (photo ID) with valid travel document upon check in for the entry of accommodation.  You will stay there under the property’s / Hotel’s  legitimate policies or conditions and you will abide by the country’s rules & regulation.

 

Prices and We Price Match
The prices displayed on our Website as offered by the Hotel / Property are highly competitive. Relevant fees and taxes (including VAT & Service charge) may be charged by the Hotel / Property in case of a no-show or cancellation or changes.

All prices on the winrooms.com website are per room for your entire stay, unless stated differently. These prices will be changed by the Hotel / Property. We show the price we get from the Hotel / Property for the room for the dates you select. Please check the room details to see what is included in the price and what is not.

Sometimes cheaper rates for a specific stay are available on our Website by the Hotel / Property, however, these rates may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant booking conditions / hotel policies and details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation.

We want you to pay the lowest possible price for your product and service of choice. If you find your accommodation of choice booked through our Website, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a reservation through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of the We Price Match. Our We Price Match promise does not apply to non-accommodations related products and services.
To get the refund, please send us the link to the website with a cheaper rate within 12 hours from the moment of making your reservation.

The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.

Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in case of obvious errors or mistakes.

Payment, Credit card or bank transfer
You do not need to submit credit card details or make prepayment on winrooms.com site to complete your reservation. You can make reservation on our site without credit card and without prepayment. All payments are to be made at the Hotel / property during your stay. The Hotel / property also  deserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card (with card holder’s proper authorization) / take payment through cash / Bank transfer upon check in or prior to check in for the guarantee of your stay under Property’s legitimate policy .

Confirmation, Modification, cancellation and no-show
By making a Reservation with a Property or Hotel you agree to the relevant Confirmation, Modification, cancellation and no-show policies of that Hotel or property  and to any terms and conditions of the Hotel or property that may be additionally applied to your Accommodation, including services exercised and/or products offered by the Hotel or property. Property or Hotel deserves the right to apply property’s Legitimate Reservation and its confirmation / Modification / cancelation / No show policies to you. Note that the above mentioned policies are displayed on winrooms.com site as you would be informed and acknowledged by you about the policy before reservation.

Correspondence and communication
While managing your booking and by completing a Reservation, you agree to receive:

A confirmation email once you have made your reservation;

An email reminding you about your upcoming stay and requesting you to manage your booking as per Hotel / Property policies which you have agreed with.

Property / hotel can communicate with you by phone or send messages to you If your further action is required  for the proceedings of the any reservation,

An email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form.

Winrooms.com  may not be held liable or responsible for any communication by or with the Hotel / property on or through its Website. Winrooms.com cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the Hotel / property.

In order to duly complete and secure your Reservation, you need to use your correct email address, guest name(s), Mobile phone. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong mobile phone number.

Any claim or complaint against winrooms.com or in respect of the Booking Service must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 3 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the reservation (e.g. check-out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 3 days period may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.

Due to the continuous update and adjustments of rates and availability, we strongly suggest to keep your room confirmation letter with you or make screenshots when making a reservation to support your position.
