Hotel Policy

 Cancellation policy : The guest can cancel booking for free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged for the first night if they cancel within 2 days before arrival or in case of no show.

 Payment : All payments are to be made at the property during Guest's stay. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card upon check-in or prior to check-in for the guarantee of stay. It's not a charge it is only to hold the amount for a certain period and this amount can be released or refundable at any time as per Cancelation policy. 

 Children Policy :  All children are welcome. One child (under 10 years) stays free of charge when using existing beds.

 Parking :  Free private parking is available on site (reservation is needed).

Staffs were very helpful in meeting our needs. Airport shuttle service was arranged professionally. Food was great. The location was great as we needed to go to Basundhara shopping Mall and New Market frequently.
