Cancellation & Refund Policy


• Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your winrooms.com Account.
• Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through the phone. Please call +8801799866000 to cancel your bookings.
Please do not cancel by calling the Property directly. For bookings made through the winrooms.com platform, the cancellation has to be done through winrooms.com. winrooms.com shall not be liable in case the customer cancels with the Property directly.
If you do not cancel your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees as levied by the Property. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
You agree to pay any cancellation fees that you incur. In limited cases, some reservations cannot be cancelled after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. winrooms.com shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the Property without intimating winrooms.com and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount.

Modifications & Refunds
We take at least 5-7 working days to process refunds.
Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card , bank account or Mobile bank account.
